Job summary

LOOP seeks a Digital Product Owner to lead the delivery of mobile apps and web applications. You will work closely with UX/UI teams, developers, and clients, turning ideas into seamless digital experiences across platforms.

You’ll own the backlog, prioritize requirements, run workshops, and ensure releases meet time and budget constraints in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Austria.

We're looking for a Digital Product Owner who combines strong communication and organizational skills with a passion for digital innovation. Working closely with our UX/UI design and development teams as well as our clients, you'll lead the delivery and continuous improvement of mobile apps and web applications, combining product ownership and project management to turn ideas into successful digital experiences.

Requirements

• Air traffic controller : You look after multiple clients and their digital products at the same time, can coordinate and prioritize your tasks and projects independently.
• Bridge builder : you work directly with clients, advise them, and keep their expectations realistic. As the main link between clients, designers, and developers, you make sure nothing gets lost in translation.
• Ticket smith : You gather requirements, sharpen and prioritize them, and turn them into clear briefs and tasks the team can work on. By asking the right questions early, you keep the back and forth to a minimum and can handle first client questions yourself. You manage delivery using Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• Host and historian : You run meetings and lead workshops, keep track of every decision, and document what happens in each session.
• Keeper of the backlog : You own the backlog, plan releases, test release candidates before they are shared with clients, and keep the products moving forward after launch.
• Eye on the numbers : You keep track of budgets, scope, project deadlines and ensure that enough resources are allocated to your projects that they can stay in time and budget as well.
• Collaborate & Stay Curious : Foster respectful teamwork, communicate fluently in German and English, and stay curious about emerging digital trends.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay - and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000.
