• Secure product quality through end-to-end QA and test automation.
• Translate requirements into structured test plans and report progress to PM and Dev.
• Expand automated test coverage for scalable product landscape.
• Validate new features and provide quality assessments for releases.
• Design and execute tests across backend, mobile and web apps.
• Create clear documentation to increase transparency and alignment.
• Serve as first contact for displays and installations and ensure reliable operation.
• Identify needs and improvements from users and drive automation/AI-driven workflow enhancements.
• Support end-to-end ownership over time and assist event deployments.
