At KWP + Partners, we build websites and digital experiences that move people. We are one of the countries leading digital experience teams and have a team of 20+ awesome humans. This role sits at the front of our digital process, shaping clarity before the first line of code is written.

About You

You’ve managed relationships inside a web design or development environment. You ask the questions clients don’t know to ask. You can take a business goal, define what’s really needed, and translate that clearly for designers, developers and project managers.

You understand the nuts and bolts, but you thrive on emotional intelligence. You know how to turn client wants and brand needs into online experiences that genuinely land.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with clients to understand goals, audiences and functional requirements
• Translate conversations into clear scopes, sitemaps and briefs for design and development
• Collaborate with our Managing Director, Sam, and Digital Account Director, Paul, on proposals and budgets
• Partner with delivery teams through build and launch to keep projects aligned and moving
• Build long-term client relationships and guide them confidently through every stage

Who You Are

• 3–6 years’ experience managing client relationships in a web design or development agency
• Practical understanding of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify or HubSpot
• Strong writing, briefing and communication skills
• Organised, calm under pressure and confident navigating busy periods
• Curious, empathetic and commercially aware
• A natural learner who researches before you panic and enjoys solving problems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Bonus points if you’ve used Asana or Deltek Workbook
