In this role, you will ensure accurate technical documentation and manage certification processes for our products. You will work closely with internal teams and external authorities to guarantee compliance with industry standards and support the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage Documentation: Create, collect, and maintain technical datasheets, drawings, and manuals; ensure proper upload to internal databases.
• Support Sales & Projects: Analyze customer requirements and provide documentation support across departments.
• Coordinate Certification: Maintain and renew product type approvals; apply for new certifications for upcoming products.
• Act as Key Contact: Liaise with Notified Bodies, Class Societies, and Authorities for certification processes.
• Ensure Compliance: Monitor regulations and standards (IMO SOLAS, ISO, DNV, Marine Equipment Directive) and share expertise internally.
