What You Will Be Responsible For

• Full operational of the practice
• Leading and empowering reception and clinical staff
• Overseeing rosters, HR, payroll coordination, and team performance
• Ensuring smooth daily workflow and premium patient experience
• Managing billing, reporting, accounts, and KPI performance
• Coordinating marketing, promotions, and community engagement
• Maintaining compliance with all QLD health and dental regulations
• Overseeing stock control, suppliers, and equipment servicing
• Supporting dentist onboarding and ongoing staff development
