Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Data Architect to lead Modern Data Platform, BI and analytics projects for clients relocating to Malta. The role requires deep knowledge of Azure data services, data modelling and governance, with strong communication and leadership to guide cross‑functional teams.

The position is hybrid in Sliema, Malta, full‑time with a visa and relocation package, base salary plus benefits paid in euros.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing Azure data solutions and BI/analytics.
• 5+ years in Data and Analytics technologies.
• Graduate-level education in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist in architecting and design of Modern Data Platforms across Data Lakes, Warehouses, Lakehouses, BI and Analytics solutions.
• Assist in data modelling, design and build.
• Help enforce technical architecture and documentation standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with business experts to translate requirements into data functionality.
• Assist in scoping, estimation and planning for projects.
• Adhere to project work plans to meet objectives and timelines.
• Stay informed on latest advancements in data engineering and analytics.
• Produce technical architectural documentation to support data solutions.
• Address customer queries to ensure high satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to team members.
