Zusammenfassung

UNIQA Insurance Group AG is seeking an enthusiastic student for an Internship in Data Analytics & Reporting in Wien, Austria. The role focuses on creating reports and dashboards, validating data, and delivering insights to support decision-making.

The internship runs 6-9 months at 20-25 hours per week, with a start date as soon as possible. Ideal candidates are pursuing BSc/MSc studies in CS, Business Informatics, Data Science, or related fields, with English fluency and a passion for learning

Qualifikationen

• Solid knowledge in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting.
• Basic programming skills (Python and/or SQL).
• Basic experience in handling and creating dashboards (Microsoft Power BI).
• Ideally, initial experience in the corporate insurance sector and with Databricks.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand, interpret, and transform complex data into meaningful reports.
• Team spirit and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Ongoing studies (BSc/MSc) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Openness to innovative technologies and a willingness to use artificial intelligence responsibly in everyday work while continuously developing one's skills.

Aufgaben

• Creating reports, dashboards, and presentations to present key business metrics and performance indicators.
• Performing data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reports.
• Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data, and providing relevant insights and recommendations.
• Taking cross-functional responsibility for reporting and analytics within the department.
• Collaborating with senior management within Corporate International.
