Allianz Commercial in Vienna is seeking an Underwriter for Financial Lines with a focus on D&O to help expand our Austrian market presence. You will analyze risks, set underwriting strategies, and partner with clients and brokers to deliver profitable, high-quality solutions.

Qualificações

Degree in Law, Economics, or a related field.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers.
Knowledge of Financial Lines is beneficial but not mandatory.
Ability to develop and implement underwriting strategies independently.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
Strong understanding of accounting principles; German and English fluency (C1).

Responsabilidades

Underwrite new and renewal Financial Lines business, including D&O, focusing on profitability and guidelines.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients and brokers.
Develop and maintain strong client and broker relationships; provide excellent service.
Ensure accurate and timely policy documentation and file maintenance.
Conduct risk assessments and underwriting decisions based on client financials and data.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in Austria and Central Europe Financial Lines.
Collaborate with Claims, Legal, and Actuarial teams to support risk evaluation.
Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current on industry practices.
