Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a cybersecurity expert (all genders) to join our local cybersecurity team in Innsbruck (Austria) full-time. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the go-to cybersecurity authority for our customers, colleagues and leadership team, ensuring the IT security of our products while helping to shape and implement tomorrow's security strategies. Your tasks and responsibilities
  • Planning, implementing and monitoring our cybersecurity measures to ensure adherence to industry-leading security standards
  • Evaluating and optimizing the security architecture and standards of our products, IT systems and networks
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing remediation strategies for security incidents
  • Collaborating closely with our technical experts and management team and providing cybersecurity awareness training to employees
  • Supporting security audits and leading certification processes for international standards
  • Maintaining the cybersecurity components of our management system
  • Liaising with external service providers to ensure our security requirements are met
Your qualifications and experience
  • You hold a degree in cybersecurity, information technology or a comparable field.
  • You have relevant cybersecurity experience, ideally in the healthcare sector.
  • You possess broad expertise identifying and mitigating security risks, particularly in the context of product development, containerization and cloud applications.
  • You have experience in developing and implementing security architecture.
Your skills
  • You are fluent in English and have basic German skills, spoken and written.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can present complex technical matters in clear and understandable ways to various audiences.
