VusionGroup is seeking a customer support specialist to collaborate with customers and partners, identify issues, and coordinate fixes. The role covers installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of our IoT-enabled solutions.

Ideal candidates have an HTL or higher degree, experience with remote support tools, and strong German (C1) and English skills. This full-time position offers a fast-paced, international environment with opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate with customers and partners to identify and resolve potential issues
• Handle support tickets independently and coordinate fixes with 3rd level support
• Respond to inquiries via phone, Email, and ticketing tool
• Assist with installation and configuration of the VusionGroup solution
• Troubleshoot system, network, and software issues
• Perform targeted follow-up and analysis of inquiries
• Document processes and prepare relevant reports

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with customers and partners to identify and resolve potential issues
• Independent handling of support tickets and coordination of fixes with 3rd level support
• Responding to inquiries via phone, Email, and ticketing tool
• Support with the installation and configuration of the VusionGroupsolution
• Troubleshooting system, network, and software issues
• Targeted follow-up and analysis of inquiries
• Process documentation and preparation of relevant reports

Qualifications

Education:

• HTL diploma, ongoing or completed university of applied sciences (FH) or university degree

Experience:

• Experience using remote support tools is an advantage
• Desired knowledge of IT environments (LAN, WLAN, and cloud environments, Linux & Windows)
• Professional experience is an advantage

For the advertised position, the minimum collective agreement base salary is € 3,267.00 gross per month, with a willingness to overpay depending on actual qualifications (for full-time employment).
