About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join a well-established team in Brisbane. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading and managing our customer service department, ensuring we deliver outstanding service across every customer interaction. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, helping us create and implement policies, improve service processes, and resolve customer issues with a focus on excellence.
