Zusammenfassung

SEA.AI is expanding its R&D team in Austria (Vienna or Linz) and seeks a CTO to oversee end-to-end AI-based product development, from concept to deployment. You will manage a diverse European engineering organization spanning AI, vision, embedded systems, and cloud/IOT, aligning with strategic goals and budgets.

The role requires 7+ years in leadership, strong AI/ML and computer vision background, and experience with high-reliability environments.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in senior technical leadership roles.
• Strong background in AI/ML, computer vision, or robotics, incl. deployment on edge/embedded systems.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across hardware, software, and data science.
• Familiarity with end-to-end product lifecycles in complex, high-tech environments.
• Understanding of cloud/IoT architectures and real-time processing requirements.
• Experience with public innovation funding or grants is an advantage.
• Background or interest in maritime or mobility sectors is a plus.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with Innovation decision processes/Software License Models is a plus.
