NXP Semiconductors is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager for the Crypto and Security Center. You will represent the Security Group on Product Development teams, coordinating security activities from concept through certification, and escalating risks as needed.

You will lead calls with global teams, support methodology adoption, and ensure milestones and security objectives are met, while maintaining strong communications with stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Security Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Experience as Technical Lead / Product Owner with project management experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Management experience with proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience with Project Management tools such as MS Project or similar.
• General understanding of embedded system design and architectural definition.
• Knowledge of security concepts and standards ISO 21434 and IEC 62443 including cryptography.
• Strong systematic skills and ability to handle complex environments.
• Willing to travel 1–2 times per year.

Aufgaben

• Represent the Crypto and Security Group on Product Development projects from concept to security certification.
• Support Product Development Teams in applying the CC for Crypto and Security PMO methodology.
• Facilitate project calls with global cross-functional teams to drive progress.
• Act as first line of contact for escalation of security issues.
• Write Security Group Reports for Project Milestone Reviews.
• Create top level project plans with milestones, timelines, ownership.
• Ensure security goals are met and plans stay on track.
• Identify security risks and implement mitigation steps.
