NXP Semiconductors is seeking a Secure Software Architect TPM to define and drive architecture for trusted TPM solutions. You will lead embedded software development for TPM applications, bridging customer needs with standards and cutting-edge technology.

The role focuses on secure software design, maintainability, and high-assurance certification readiness. The candidate should have a Master’s degree and 10+ years in embedded software or secure product development, with strong English

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of embedded software development or secure product development experience.
• Hands-on experience with embedded software stacks and secure update mechanisms.
• Knowledge of TPM/TPM 2.0 and security certifications is desirable.
• Experience with secure execution environments (e.g., Java Card) is an advantage.
• Experience with security certification schemes (e.g., CC, FIPS) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ARM, RISC-V, or other architectures is beneficial.
• Strong cryptography, secure boot, attestation, and secure software design understanding.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site software teams and communicate in English.

Aufgaben

• Translate customer requirements into clear software architecture designs and implementation concepts.
• Ensure compliance with TPM 2.0 and relevant security standards and certifications.
• Design and develop secure embedded software for TPM applications with long-term maintainability.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams including architecture decisions and reviews.
• Monitor software quality, KPIs, and progress; drive actions to meet targets.
• Collaborate with system, SOC, and test architects to ensure technical alignment.
