Viewpointsystem in Vienna seeks a hands-on Scrum Master to support a deep-tech team spanning hardware, firmware, software and optics. You will run Scrum for the team and ensure coordination across multiple disciplines, keeping everyone informed and focused on what’s needed.

You’ll coach teams, remove blockers, and tailor processes to fit a startup culture that values transparency and continuous improvement. Fluent English is required; German is welcome.

Qualifikationen

• Proven Scrum Master or Agile facilitator in technical/engineering settings.
• Cross-team coordination experience across hardware, firmware, software, optics.
• Comfort with ambiguity; adapt processes to a deep-tech startup environment.
• Coaches and guides teams, not enforcing rigid processes.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retros) to energise the team.
• Support task prioritisation and keep organisational clarity within the team.
• Spot and remove blockers to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate across hardware, firmware, software, and optics teams; ensure alignment.
• Communicate with stakeholders concisely and transparently.
