Job summary

LOOP is a digital-first lead agency shaping design, technology and digital brand building. As a Creator & Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll lead influencer campaigns, connect talent with brand goals, and help shape strategy across clients.

You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage briefs and approvals, track performance with tools like Modash.io and Sprout Social, and communicate fluently in English and German. This hybrid role is based in Austria, Salzburg or Vienna.

Responsibilities

• Own Mid-Scale Campaigns: Lead day-to-day management of influencer campaigns from planning through reporting, ensuring smooth, on-brand execution across platforms, timelines and budgets.
• Develop Talent Relationships: Build and manage relationships with a wide network of creators, talent agents, and influencer partners, including negotiations and ongoing communications.
• Support Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define objectives, co-develop influencer strategies and campaign ideas that deliver value and creativity.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Align with creative, media, and production teams to align influencer content with overall campaign goals and timelines.
• Manage Executional Details: Handle briefs, contracts, tracking calendars, content approvals, and performance reporting using tools like Modash.io and Sprout Social.
• Stay Culture-Forward: Track platform updates, creator trends, and cultural shifts to proactively identify creator opportunities for clients.
• Communicate Effectively: Present ideas, updates and results clearly and confidently - both internally and to clients - with standout communication skills in English & German.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 40,000.
