A vibrant local government in Austria seeks a Coordinator for Business Solutions and Services to lead digital transformation and improve ICT and business systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology solutions and change management, demonstrating excellent leadership and support for a high-performing team. This permanent, full-time role offers up to $140,560 per annum and includes generous benefits.

We’re looking for a proactive leader to coordinate our Business Solutions and Services team and help drive the City’s digital transformation. In this role, you’ll provide strategic advice on Digital Solutions and Services, lead a collaborative business partnering model, and oversee the delivery of modern, secure and efficient digital solutions.
You’ll guide the planning and delivery of ICT and business system projects, support strong information management practices (including ECM, digitisation, classification and FOI), and ensure our digital capabilities align with organisational goals. You’ll also coach and support a high-performing team, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to operational planning and budgeting.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
You’re an experienced digital leader with a strong background in ICT, business systems or information management ideally within a complex or government environment. You have a proven history of delivering technology solutions, managing change, and driving business value.
Your strengths include building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and leading teams through change. You bring excellent communication skills, strong technical capability, and the ability to balance competing priorities. You model positive, inclusive behaviours and are comfortable participating in a rotating roster for out-of-hours support.
