The Role

As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a central role in delivering multiple high-profile projects, working with our experienced project and construction teams. You’ll need to be financially savvy, contractually astute, and bring a proactive, energetic approach. Key Responsibilities
  • ➤ Tender Management: Prepare and submit tender packages, prepare cost analysis, and recommend subcontractors.
  • ➤ Contractual Excellence: Negotiate, finalize, and manage supplier/subcontractor agreements.
  • ➤ Cost & Budget Oversight: Monitor budgets, identify savings, manage claims, and track expenditures.
  • ➤ Project Delivery: Engage in RFI processes, maintain project documentation, manage scopes of work, and collaborate with architects, consultants, and site supervisors.
  • ➤ Team Coordination: Communicate seamlessly with senior management, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure every element aligns for success.
  • ➤ Completion and Handover: Oversee approvals, inspections, as-builts, and warranty documentation to maintain the highest standards of project delivery.

Qualifications
