• 3+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction sector.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects autonomously.
• Expertise in pre-tender forecasting, cost planning, and subcontractor negotiations.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and submit tender packages, prepare cost analysis, and recommend subcontractors.
• Negotiate, finalize, and manage supplier/subcontractor agreements.
• Monitor budgets, identify savings, manage claims, and track expenditures.
• Engage in RFI processes, maintain project documentation, manage scopes of work.
• Communicate seamlessly with senior management, site teams, and subcontractors.
• Oversee approvals, inspections, as-builts, and warranty documentation.
