In this role, you will partner with leaders across the organisation to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and coaching to ensure teams are empowered to deliver sustainable results.
Achieve business performance targets and meet required standards
Build strong relationships and facilitate workshops that lift capability across the business
Provide the organisation with expertise, tools, and methodologies to support improvement
Work closely with departmental heads to engage and guide their teams
Use appropriate measurement, analysis, and evaluation methods to identify and document process improvements
Conduct internal audits
Investigate and handle complaints
Support related departments to drive end-to-end improvement
Provide the Continuous Improvement Manager with insights, advice, and updates on operational performance and development activities
Analyse, monitor, evaluate, and report on business change
Plan and manage continuous business improvement initiatives and quality customer service standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in process improvement, business change, compliance or employment services
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence outcomes
A proactive approach with the confidence to lead initiatives from concept to delivery
