Job summary

ROA Talent is seeking a QA/QC Manager/Lead with a strong civils background to drive quality across civil and structural works on major projects in Austria. This site-based role requires overseeing ITPs, inspections, audits and the quality of subcontractors and suppliers.

The successful candidate will review documentation, test records and quality sign-offs, manage NCRs and corrective actions, and support project handover and close-out while promoting continuous improvement across site teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive QA/QC experience in construction, especially civil/structural works.
• Experience on large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.

We’re working with a leading international construction contractor looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager / Lead with a strong civils background to support major technical construction projects.

This is a site-based role with responsibility for driving quality across civil and structural works, ensuring compliance with project standards, client requirements and QA/QC procedures.

Experience on data centres, industrial, advanced manufacturing or other mission-critical projects would be highly relevant.
