Candidates should have a Bachelors Degree in Architecture Engineering, at least 5 years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT. The Construction Administrator observes construction for conformity to construction drawings and specifications. The Construction Administrator responsibilities include conducting site observation, resolving contractor issues through coordination with in‑house multi‑discipline production staff, and assisting the owner’s construction administration manager and senior construction administrator.
