ISS is expanding, and we’re seeking an accomplished Commercial Manager, based in our Adelaide or Perth office.

This pivotal role supports transition and operational activities across a key contract, working closely with Key Account Leads to identify efficiencies, drive commercial value, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

The role will have two direct reports, a Business Analyst and a Workforce Planning/Kronos technical specialist.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, adding value throughout the contract lifecycle
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional integrity
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support negotiation processes alongside operational leads
• Collaborate with internal, external, and client stakeholders to deliver “best in class” solutions focused on labour, process, and technology innovation
