We are seeking an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy across Hyatt Place Melbourne Essendon Fields and Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park. This is an exciting opportunity to drive commercial performance across two thriving properties, delivering growth in line with our brand and ownership expectations.
As this role is based across two locations, reliable personal transport is essential.

As the Cluster Revenue Manager, you will assume overall responsibility for:
This is a hands‑on, on‑site role requiring strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution. You will lead revenue performance across two key Hyatt Place properties—working 3 days per week at Essendon Fields and 2 days at Caribbean Park, Scoresby. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the cluster while driving growth and optimising results.
