Springtime Technologies, based in Austria, is seeking a Cloud Engineer (m/w/d) to strengthen our IT Infrastructure team. You will design, deploy and maintain cloud-based solutions that scale for enterprise clients while ensuring security and high availability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure or GCP), Linux, containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC (Terraform, Ansible). English proficiency is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

We’re seeking someone with strong expertise in cloud architecture and operations, combined with a solid understanding of security and scalability in enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in designing and managing cloud‑based infrastructures, automating deployments, and ensuring high availability across distributed systems. You’re comfortable working with modern cloud platforms, infrastructure‑as‑code, and monitoring tools and you take ownership of keeping environments stable, secure, and future‑proof.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage the cloud infrastructure for our enterprise clients, ensuring optimal performance, efficient resource utilization and scalability.
• Implement the integration of cloud technologies with on‑premise systems, providing hybrid and multi‑cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and provide innovative cloud‑based solutions.
• Monitor and maintain cloud environments to ensure high availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure‑related issues in a timely manner. Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies in the cloud.

Your Profile

• At least five years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure engineering, specializing in cloud architectures and technologies; preferably in a SaaS or PaaS environment.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing cloud‑based solutions (AWS, Azure or GCP) in a production environment.
• In‑depth experiences with Linux systems and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Profound knowledge of IaC (Terraform, Ansible, etc.), network or security are required.
• Business proficiency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with experts.

The minimum gross salary for this position is €3.843 per month, as determined by the IT Collective Agreement. The actual salary will be based on your qualifications and experience.
