Job summary

The Kusnacht Practice AG is seeking a dedicated Medical Nurse to join our team in Austria. You will perform blood draws, infusions, and comprehensive nursing tasks, coordinating with doctors and partner laboratories to ensure high-quality care.

A focus on precision, client care, and collaboration is essential. We require 4+ years in healthcare, FaGe EFZ or HF/FH, and German B2 or English C1, with strong IT skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Completion of FaGe EFZ or HF/FH nursing diploma.
• At least 4 years of professional healthcare experience.
• Experience placing infusions and performing blood draws.
• Proficient IT skills, including MS Office.
• Excellent German (B2) or English (C1) communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct venous/capillary blood draws, saliva, urine, and hair samples; perform breathalyzer and wound care.
• Administer infusions, injections, and treatments as required.
• Oversee lab processes: order tests, prepare/transport samples, coordinate with labs.
• Prepare exam rooms and medical floors for client assessments.
• Monitor equipment and supplies; ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate medications with doctors and review weekly with Live-In Counsellors.
• Assist BIO-R and other departments; provide holiday coverage.
• Coordinate external nurses and ensure external nursing coverage with doctors.
• Communicate with partner pharmacy; manage medication orders/deliveries with Live-in Counsellors/chefs.
