Job summary

BD in Austria is seeking a Clinical Implementation Manager to lead patient-centered process improvements across hospital systems, ensuring adoption of BD products and best practices while improving outcomes.

You will collaborate with clinicians, operations and data teams to develop strategies, set measurable goals, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders; mentor teams and maintain training materials and SOP alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in clinical implementation or similar role.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across diverse teams.
• Expertise in data analysis and strategy setting.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve training curriculum, materials, and tools, aligning with clinical trials, BD guidelines, and SOPs.
• Manage and perform other incidental duties as assigned.
