Zusammenfassung

Ams Osram is seeking a FAC FAB Support & Cleanroom Engineer to join the Fab Support Group in Premstätten. You will support the Cleanroom Engineering team, manage workshop tasks, pumps and vacuum handling, and assist with special gas installations.

The role requires hands-on experience with semiconductor tools, welding, and electrical basics, plus a solid understanding of fab operations and cleanroom standards.

Qualifikationen

• Technical education in mechanical–electrical engineering or equivalent apprenticeship.
• Experience in workshop environments, steel works, welding, and basic electrical concepts.
• Min 3 years hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment, hook up, hardware, and maintenance on production tools.
• Knowledge about production equipment facilitation requirements.
• Understanding of Fab organization, Fab support systems and processes.
• Knowledge of cleanroom technologies and requirements.

Aufgaben

• Support Embedded service providers.
• Provide mechanical workshop support.
• Handle facilities gas and vacuum systems and related abatements.
• Assist with hook-up activities and equipment integration.
