Zusammenfassung

Cyclops is seeking a high‑caliber Chief Information Security Officer / IT Security Manager to own security end‑to‑end from day one for a regulated fintech. You will build and run security for a lean global IT team, driving cloud security, risk management, and licensing readiness in Europe and beyond.

You will partner with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and IT to embed secure‑by‑design across the SDLC, prepare for MiCA and PSD2 licensing, and scale the function as Cyclops grows.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years in information or cyber security, with end‑to‑end ownership of security initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, product and operational security with risk/compliance exposure.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CCISO or ISO27001 Lead Auditor preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own and operate the security function end‑to‑end from strategy to hands‑on implementation.
• Define security requirements for cloud infrastructure, IAM, logging and monitoring.
• Run security operations: threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management.
• Embed secure‑by‑design in the SDLC with automated checks and guardrails.
• Drive alignment with DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and support audits and licensing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and IT to integrate security into design.
