Job Opportunity: Full Stack Developer

Equity-Based Position — Across 3 Companies

Location: Vienna (Austria), Istanbul or Izmir (Turkey)

We are a passionate entrepreneurial team of 15 people actively building three innovative companies. Our first launch will be Cardixx, a location-based professional networking app designed to make professional connections more meaningful and effective.

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building and maintaining web applications as well as mobile applications for iOS and Android. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the entire technology stack—including frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and mobile app development—while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate is motivated by equity, long‑term growth, and building something meaningful, and has entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable taking risks and moving fast.

iOS & Android Development

• Build, test, and deploy mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Work with Swift/SwiftUI (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android), or cross‑platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
• Ensure high performance, usability, and device compatibility.
• Implement mobile UI/UX designs and optimize apps for speed and efficiency.

Database & Infrastructure

• Design and maintain relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Manage cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment and scaling.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Ensure application security, performance monitoring, and bug resolution.
