Operation Mobilization Canada is seeking a Finance Lead to guide the finance department and oversee financial statements. The role includes budgeting support, donations accounting, and managing project financing both locally and internationally.

You will work with a diverse, international team, maintain donor relationships, and develop finance staff while ensuring compliance and clear communication with authorities and partners.

• Intimate relationship with Jesus
• Church that approves of and supports your ministry
• Experience in finance (training in the commercial field)
• Team and communication skills (adequate level of German with willingness to learn more and English)
• Enjoying working in an international team
• Flexible and independent working
• Experience with OM is helpful but not required
