What you\'ll do

Who we\'re looking for

• Master\'s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field with 3+ years of experience; or Bachelor\'s degree with 5+ years; or equivalent experience.
• Academic background with a strong focus on project management, polymer and plastic materials, and laboratory-based research or testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in laboratory testing, chemical analysis, or a related technical environment.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Solid technical aptitude with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is highly desirable.
