Fronius International GmbH invites aspiring chefs to join an exciting apprenticeship in Austria. Learn in four catering-focused kitchens, gaining hands-on experience from prep to plating and service.
You’ll work with fresh, local ingredients, master cutting techniques, food storage, and kitchen organisation while adhering to hygiene regulations. Four Fronius sites provide broad exposure and practical learning.
Are you looking for an exciting apprenticeship as a chef? Then you’ve come to the right place! Fronius chefs use their culinary skills to improve the lives of their colleagues every day. Fresh, local products, real cooking instead of ready meals, and a sustainable approach to food are the norm here at Fronius. Perhaps you’ll soon be shaping the “Taste of Fronius” in one of our four kitchens and working with us to achieve our goal of offering the best corporate catering in Austria!
As a chef, you’ll prepare all kinds of creative and tasty dishes. You’ll be familiar with food prep, the provision of all necessary ingredients, and how to store them correctly. Your specialty is organizing processes in the kitchen and you’ll know your way around kitchen equipment. Hygiene regulations and food laws are important to you. You’ll constantly be learning something new, you’ll enjoy getting to grips with foods and what you can do with them, and you’ll try out new things every day to indulge your guests with your culinary skills.
At Fronius, your learning will take place in the restaurants at our Sattledt, Pettenbach, Wels, and Thalheim sites. You will complete part of your apprenticeship with catering partners because it is important to us that you get to know the full range of your profession during your apprenticeship.
Even after your apprenticeship at Fronius, you will have the opportunity to help shape the company, continue to develop your skills, and improve our quality on a daily basis.
