Zusammenfassung

Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist is seeking a Chalet Cook Host to deliver exceptional daily service in our luxury alpine chalets. You will handle breakfast, daily housekeeping, serving meals, lighting fires, and creating a warm, guest-focused atmosphere while coordinating with the chef and resort team.

The role requires at least 2 years in luxury hospitality, fluent English, and a proactive, guest-focused mindset. French or German is a bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the luxury hospitality sector (chalets, hotels, yachts, events).
• Strong housekeeping skills with high attention to detail.
• Some cooking experience is a plus (professional kitchen, cookery course, or group catering).
• Fluent in spoken English; French or German is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Guest Service & Hosting: Deliver warm, professional, discreet service from guest arrival to departure and anticipate guest needs.
• Breakfast Preparation: Prepare and serve breakfast daily, maintaining a clean kitchen and service area.
• Housekeeping & Chalet Presentation: Daily housekeeping, linen changes, turndown, and in-chalet laundry.
• Ambiance & Chalet Maintenance: Light and maintain fires, adjust lighting, and ensure guest-ready presentation.
• Team Collaboration: Work with chalet chef, manager, and driver to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Stock & Hygiene Management: Manage supplies, restock amenities, and follow health and safety protocols.
