Tulon Photonics is a high-tech startup developing ultra-stable, tunable laser sources with breakthrough noise-reduction performance. The technology enables a fundamentally new way to minimize frequency noise—unlocking game-changing potential for quantum technologies, precision metrology, and industrial applications.

Tulon Photonics is currently in its pre-seed stage. The mission is to translate scientific excellence into commercially scalable products and a global business platform — with you as a driving entrepreneurial force from day one.

As CEO & Co-Founder, you take full entrepreneurial ownership. You lead Tulon from company formation through product development, fundraising, and market launch.

This is your field of responsibility …

• Develop and execute the company and product strategy
• Lead all fundraising activities (pre‑seed, seed, and further rounds)
• Build, lead, and empower a strong interdisciplinary founding team
• Work closely with the CTO and scientific experts to ensure market‑driven product development
• Identify and develop early customer and industry partnerships
• Represent Tulon Photonics to investors, partners, and the broader innovation community

• Proven leadership experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment, ideally in deep tech or hardware
• Background in photonics, optics, or advanced engineering technologies
• Experience in fundraising (venture capital, grants, public funding)
• Ability to translate scientific innovations into commercial applications

• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Experience scaling hardware or photonics‑based products
