Deine Aufgaben
- Shape and evolve a lean, future-oriented BPM framework by introducing clear governance, practical standards and effective methodologies, while establishing KPI-driven process steering and process management systems (e.g Adonis, ARIS or Visio)
- Bring transparency into end-to-end processes by analyzing and documenting current ways of working, identifying improvement potential and turning ideas into tangible, measurable enhancements
- Act as a strategic partner to our Senior Leadership Team across Austria and Germany by providing guidance, challenging existing setups and driving initiatives that strengthen collaboration and operational excellence
- Drive the adoption of a process-oriented mindset across the organization by enabling teams through training formats, supporting change and targeted knowledge transfer
- Drive the harmonization of business processes across Austria and Germany by coordinating cross-country efforts and ensuring consistency, scalability and alignment with company-wide standards and objectives
- Prioritize and steer improvement initiatives by tracking implementation against defined goals and KPIs, while ensuring effective implementation in close collaboration with business units regular alignment and occasional on-site presence within Austria
Unsere Anforderungen
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable qualification; specialization in Controlling, Finance or Data Analytics is an advantage
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in process management, organizational development or transformation projects.
- Proven track record in establishing and developing process ownership, governance structures and KPI-based steering models
- Experience facilitating cross-functional initiatives and working with senior stakeholders at eye level
- Solid understanding of process and improvement methodologies (e.g. BPM, Lean), combined with hands-on experience in process analysis, mapping and redesign as well as working with common process management tools
- Structured, pragmatic and execution-driven working style, paired with strong analytical skills and a high level of ownership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented mindset; fluent in German and English (business level)
- Flexibility to travel (10%-20%, depending on based location)

- The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement is €3.698,56 gross per month for a 40-hour work week, based on full fulfillment of the job profile. The actual compensation will, of course, be based on your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience.
