We’re looking for a Business Partner – People, Safety & Culture to support our people strategy, uplift capability, and strengthen our safety culture across the business.
This is a senior advisory role reporting to the Divisional Manager – Business Development & Strategic Growth, working closely with Divisional Managers and the Executive Leadership Team.
You’ll play a key role across people strategy, WHS, culture, leadership development, ER, onboarding, and workforce planning - with plenty of scope to influence how BluBuilt grows.
Support and deliver BluBuilt’s People Strategy
Partner with leaders on workforce planning and capability
Coordinate WHS processes, audits, incident investigations and safety improvements
Coach leaders on people, culture and performance matters
Manage onboarding, culture initiatives and employee experience
Support ER matters and early resolution
Maintain people systems, HRIS and compliance records
Contribute people capability inputs for tenders and BD activity
Experience in a People & Culture or WHS advisory/business partner role
Strong coaching skills and the ability to influence leaders
Understanding of WHS processes and compliance expectations
A practical, solutions-focused approach
Ability to build strong relationships quickly
Confidence working across operations, projects and senior leadership
Experience in construction or civil (desirable, not essential)
