You will create, maintain and govern Business Partner master data across the group, with a focus on vendors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with Finance Transformation.

The role involves defining governance, supporting automated workflows with ServiceNow, and contributing to a centralized Shared Services model across countries and brands.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years in Shared Services Center or Finance Operations.
• Experience with Master Data Management processes.
• Fluency in English.

Aufgaben

• Create, update and govern Business Partner master data, focusing on vendors.
• Validate data requests for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Perform data activities across systems; monitor quality and document changes.
• Define and implement standard procedures, controls and governance rules.
• Collaborate on automated workflows via ServiceNow integrated with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba.
• Support centralized Shared Services through process standardization and KPIs.
