Business Manager - Automotive Direct Lending Specialist

With your experience and talent in lending and sales you will be able to exceed KPI’s while using multiple technology platforms and achieving the highest level of customer service for our guests.

What are you going to do?

You will be offering unique tailored financial solutions for our guest’s consumer and commercial automotive needs from end to end.

Your role exists to exceed our customer’s expectations and provide them with best financial options in a stress free and genuine environment.

You will work face to face with customers to steer lending conversations with confidence, utilising your comprehensive understanding of our products, processes and policies to good use by proactively identifying solutions for their financial needs.

What do you need to have?

We are looking for someone who will put our customers at the heart of everything they do.

A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining rewarding relationships.

Previous experience in a fast-paced lending sales environment.

Exceptional communication skills with a high attention to detail in all that you do.

A desire to lead in a team environment towards common goals alongside other likeminded professionals.
