Plansee SE in Austria is seeking a Senior Expert (f/m/d) Plansee Operations Development to shape and continuously develop the global POD platform, collaborating with senior and middle management to strengthen operational excellence across the organization.

You will partner with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality leaders, promote knowledge exchange across the global network, plan global meetings and training, drive strategic initiatives, and travel internationally as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a comparable field.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset and a proven ability to turn concepts into measurable business results.
• Strong expertise in project management, organizational development, operational excellence or related disciplines.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills with experience across functions and cultures and willingness to travel internationally.
• Ability to drive complex initiatives in a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented manner while fostering collaboration and engagement.

As Senior Expert (f/m/d) Plansee Operations Development (POD), you shape and continuously develop the global Operations Development platform of Plansee HPM, creating an environment where the Operations community across our global network collaborates, learns from one another and grows together.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and continuously develop the global POD platform, partnering with senior and middle management to strengthen operational excellence across the organization
• Act as a trusted partner to leaders in Production, Supply Chain Management and Quality, enabling continuous improvement, peer learning and sustainable knowledge exchange across the global network
• Foster a connected global Operations community by promoting networking, communication, collaboration, knowledge sharing and alignment with Sales
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate global Operations meetings, leadership events and technical/functional training programs to support capability building and organizational development
• Identify, structure and drive the implementation of strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives across the Operations organization

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a comparable field, combined with extensive professional experience in a technical or industrial environment
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution mindset and a proven ability to turn concepts into measurable business results
• Strong expertise in project management, organizational development, operational excellence or related disciplines
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills with experience working across functions and cultures and a willingness to travel internationally

Legally required notice in Austria: Minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the metal industry (H) is € 66 740,94 gross per year, paid over 14 installments. The actual offer takes market prices, qualifications and professional experience into account.
