In this role, you'll be the energetic and organised connector between local employers looking for great talent and candidates who need support to secure meaningful, lasting employment.

Promote our no-cost recruitment service:
Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers and demonstrate the value of our free recruitment solution.

Match the right people to the right roles:
Work closely with your team to identify suitable candidates for the vacancies you secure.

Prepare and support candidates:
Coach candidates so they feel confident and ready to excel in interviews — then celebrate their success when they land the job!

Provide ongoing support:
Stay connected with employers and candidates to ensure placements are successful and long-lasting.

Know your market:
Build and maintain a pipeline of employers, monitor vacancies and hiring trends, and stay ahead of seasonal workforce needs.

Increase your impact:
Facilitate group recruitment sessions to help employers fill multiple roles quickly and efficiently.

What you'll bring:
