THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
- Project controlling in cross‑functional projects
- Tracking the project budget for the entire motorsport sector
- Supporting monthly and annual financial closings in close coordination with corporate controlling
- Planning and preparing forecasts and budgets
- Continuous development of controlling instruments
- Creating, analysing, and reporting financial and project KPIs
- Ongoing monitoring and improvement of existing CO processes
- Ad‑hoc reporting and resolving operational or process‑related issues
- Regular coordination with corporate controlling and close collaboration with management
How You Can Inspire Us
- Successfully completed degree or comparable qualification in business administration with a focus on controlling
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in controlling within a manufacturing company or motorsport industry
- Strong expertise in MS Office and an ERP system (preferably SAP)
- High affinity for motorsport and intrinsic motivation to develop new optimisation strategies
- A high level of passion, commitment and determination, along with strong organisational skills
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and an open‑minded personality with a high level of team spirit
- Analytical and solution‑oriented mindset with a structured, methodical and precise approach
