You will bridge brewing operations and IT, shaping requirements with development and data teams, validating features in production, and supporting

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as a brewer and maltster; additional qualification preferred.
• Several years in a large brewery with production IT or automation experience.
• Solid understanding of Braumat, ProLeit, Siemens PCS7.
• Knowledge of data acquisition, SQL, ERP interfaces, or process automation.
• Analytical mindset with ability to define complex technical requirements.
• Willingness to travel and support digital transformation.

Aufgaben

• Work at intersection of brewing processes, data, and IT.
• Analyze and model technical brewing processes (brewhouse, fermentation, filtration, storage, CIP).
• Provide SME in design, implementation, and optimization of software in brewing (recipe management, process data acquisition).
• Collaborate with development and data teams to define functional requirements.
• Conduct functional tests and accept new software features in production environments.
• Support software rollouts, user training, and workshops for clients in brewing and beverage industry.
