McCracken Country Club is looking for a Brekkie Chef/Cook to join our vibrant team on a casual basis. If you love early starts, work well in a small kitchen, and can nail perfectly poached eggs before most people hit snooze, we want to meet you.

Casual | ~20 hrs per week | 7:00am–11:30am shifts | Immediate Start

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running our breakfast service with confidence and calm
• Preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Working closely with the FOH team to keep service smooth
• Bringing positive energy to the morning shift

About You

• Availability between 7:00am–11:30am, 7 days a week (approx. 20 hours, with potential for more)
• Immediate availability
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (must-have)
• Experience in a similar cook/chef role
• Someone reliable, organised, and ready to hit the ground running

This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
