Responsibilities
  • Ensure optimal brand attraction and customer experience in existing and partner stores.
  • Collaborate with traffic & store staff to gather insights and proactively communicate changes.
  • Lead personnel management: set goals, conduct development discussions and weekly follow‑up meetings.
  • Coordinate with Mystery Shopping agencies to verify store manager compliance.
  • Manage budgets for your area, ensuring agency development and creative costs are met.
  • Communicate plans and best practices to stakeholders and maintain transparency on results.
  • Work closely with Retail Operations and Commercial Planning to achieve strategic goals.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of equivalent experience, with 2 years in retail.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with a customer‑centric approach.
  • Excellent self‑management and results orientation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, creative thinking and drive for innovation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel primarily within Austria and a valid B‑class driving licence.
