Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a PhD-level biology expert to critically evaluate biology-related data and prompts used in AI development workflows. You will create, review, and refine scientific scenarios reflecting complex real-world biological problems and ensure accuracy and depth in AI training datasets.

You will collaborate with platform teams to clarify ambiguities, document methodologies for transparency, and participate in iterative evaluation to enhance AI system capabilities in biology.

Qualifications

• PhD in biology or closely related life science discipline is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to articulate feedback and reasoning.
• Experience with scientific data analysis and synthesis of complex topics.
