Job summary

Interactive Paper GmbH, a rapidly growing Austrian scale-up, seeks a Customer Success Specialist to advise international clients and visually design compelling campaigns. You will work directly with marketing directors from top brands and bridge design concepts with technical execution.

The role requires fluent English and German, hands-on design skills, and collaboration with developers, analysts, and production partners. Salary ranges and bonuses apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
• Hands-on graphic/visual design skills with a design portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.
• Experience in client-facing roles (consulting, agency, service, or marketing).
• Strong organizational talent to balance client comms, deadlines and design work.
• Excellent eye for detail, visual aesthetics and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Client Advisory & Strategy: advise and support clients in developing marketing strategies using interactive media.
• Hands-on Design & Execution: create visual layouts, print & digital mockups, interactive assets.
• Concept & Analysis: translate client objectives into visually compelling designs.
• Creative Collaboration: work with developers, analysts, and production partners.
• Workshops & Training: conduct sessions guiding product usage and best practices.
• Project & Task Management: end-to-end management of client projects and assets.
• Campaign Optimization: visually optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and satisfaction.
