Transped Group is seeking a Software Developer to join our IT team in Wörgl, Austria. You will handle backend development for business-critical applications, design and integrate RESTful APIs, and ensure smooth operation of SQL code and ERP workflows.

You will troubleshoot production issues, support system integrations (EDI, APIs), and contribute to IT support and ticket handling. The role offers a chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural team and grow with a traditional family business in

Qualifications

• Proven experience in backend development in production environment.
• Solid knowledge of MS SQL: writing and optimizing queries, stored procedures and DB administration.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON and inter-system communication between apps and servers.
• Experience troubleshooting issues in a production environment.
• C# skills are advantageous; other modern languages welcome.
• Experience with system integrations (EDI, APIs) is a plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX/design and workflow applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Good English skills; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Backend software development and maintenance of business-critical applications.
• Design, development and integration of RESTful APIs, JSON and interfaces between internal and external systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in production environments.
• SQL development and maintenance of SQL code (MS SQL).
• Planning and implementation of system integrations (EDI, APIs) as well as adaptations of the workflow-based ERP system.
• Software-related IT support and ticket handling.
