We are looking for a Back Office OTC employee (m/f/d) in Graz, Austria.

Your Tasks
  • Preparation of spare and wear parts quotations in coordination with the product group or customers, e.g. quotation preparation and costing
  • Order processing (technical/commercial)
  • Deadline monitoring for customer and supplier orders
  • Preparation of order-related documentation
  • System maintenance and archiving
  • Clarification of complaints
  • Maintenance of customer contact data in the CRM system
Your Profile
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
  • A solid technical understanding of machine components, especially wear parts, is essential
  • Knowledge of paper machine equipment and processes
  • Experienced in planning and implementing wear and spare part projects
  • You maintain a strong awareness of safety, quality management, and sales-oriented thinking.
  • You are open-minded, empathetic, and confident in your interactions
