Luxoft is seeking an experienced Avaloq Developer with deep specialization in tax and capital gains calculation modules, focusing on CGCalc and CGiX, to support a major financial services client. You will evaluate the current tax calculation architecture and propose an optimal target design.

The role requires hands-on Avaloq experience, strong domain knowledge in investment taxation, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both business and technical stakeholders across the project

Qualifikationen

• Mandatory: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Avaloq Banking Suite.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with CGCalc and/or CGiX.
• Strong understanding of investment tax principles, capital gains computation, and regulatory reporting requirements in the financial services sector.
• Ability to assess legacy or complex system landscapes and convert analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain technical findings to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience with system migration or transformation initiatives in financial services is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Avaloq scripting (ALES) and related development tools is preferred.

• Produce a proposal identifying the optimal target system architecture going forward, weighing the trade-offs between continuing with the existing setup versus transitioning to an alternative.
• Work closely with stakeholders across tax, technology, and operations to validate findings and ensure recommendations are commercially and technically sound.
• Produce clear documentation suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
